Loving: Outdoor Hanging Candles

I love that these Outdoor Hanging Candles from Dutch by Design can be hung just about anywhere so you can have candle light everytime you have dinner outdoors without cluttering up the table or installing permanent light fixtures.

Loving: Lloyds of Susses Boardwalk Sway Chairs

These Boardwalk Sway Chairs from the 1940s at Factory 20 are beautiful.  They're just worn enough to have some great character, but they still look like the perfect chair to lounge around in.  The best part is the little bit of color on the arms.

Loving: MOBOS Modular Storage Bins

I love the fun shapes and colors of these MOBOS Modular Storage Bins from Exclusively Home.  I could think of a bunch of places in my apartment where these could be great.  I could put a couple in my sewing area to hold all my odds and ends, one on either side of the bed to hold whatever books my husband and I are reading, and a couple in the baby's room to store all of his toys.

Loving: Olimpo Lounge Seater

This Olimpo Lounger from Spacify is perfect for summer.  I could probably spend all day on this thing with a book, a pitcher of lemonade, and gallon of sunblock.

Loving: Folding Birdhouse

I love this little folding birdhouse from the MOMA Store because it keeps the old idea of an actual house for the birds, but makes it completely modern.  Plus, the little windows are really cute.

Swinging in: Stripey Hammock Chair

It's still snowing, but I really just want it to be sunny and warm already!  I can totally picture myself hanging this hammock chair from Graham and Green somewhere off the house and just reading a book outside in the sun.  Maybe in a couple more months it'll finally stop snowing and the dream can become reality.

Loving: Eva Solo Bird Feeder

We used to have a couple bird feeders around the yard growing up.  It was fun to see what birds came, look at all their different colors, and some of them would provide some comic relief.  These Eva Solo Bird Feeders from Feel More Human would be fun to fill with different colored seeds and hang in a row outside a window.

Sitting at: Picnik

Of course it's way too cold to have a picnic, but if I could have one last meal outside this year it would be on Picnik by Wynants & Lust at Unica Home.  It really only seats two, but you can push more together if you have more people over, and they look like they're stackable.

Lounging on: EB Lounger

I love this Eazy Bean Lounger from Feel More Human instead of regular outdoor furniture.  It looks really comfy, and you can lounge around outside by the pool without ending up with lines from regular outdoor furniture.  Plus, you can bring it inside and lounge around the house.

Bundled in: Yumi & Laurie BlanQuettes

These bright colored blankets, called BlanQuettes, are from Yumi and Laurie.  They kind of look like giant towels, but soft enough to cuddle up with.  And I love this pattern, called Nevis, simple, cheerful, and chic.  I think it's definitely what I need now that it's getting chilly and I refuse to turn the heat on until at least November.

Fatboy? Who you callin' Fatboy?

I had one bean bag chair when I was a kid.  It was plastic and purple and one of the seams ripped, little styrofoam beads got tracked all over the house, and I never got another bean bag chair.  But these ones from Fatboy come in a variety of fabrics, including Marimekko.  Plus, they're super reinforced and you can order refills so they always stay like new.  Besides, they looks super comfortable.

Currently Loving: NotNeutral

These punched metal lanterns from notNeutral are a great way to bring candle light into a house in a completely new way.  When lit, they give off a beautiful design on table tops and walls, and almost create their own doilies.

It's like comfy Tetris...

This outdoor sectional from CB2 looks so completely versatile, I can't imagine how I've lived without it.  You can pull apart all the sections to create loveseats and ottomans for parties, or just smoosh it all together to make a large daybed perfect for lounging in the sun with a book.  Now, if only I had the pool to go with it or the outdoor space to put it all.
